From another post, whychat indicates "If you dispute directly with the CA you will negate the HIPAA letter process." Does this mean i cannot proceed with the hippa letter, etc??

Yes Whychat has stated that people doing the HIPAA Process have no contact with the CA's. But for those who have already contacted the CA for whatever reason(usually before finding the CB)you can still do the HIPAA process as long as you haven't paid the CA.

But in the future do not contact CA and follow the HIPAA process exactly as it is laid out.
