Hello everyone. I know in the regular credit forum, there is a letter that you can send to the OC if the account was deleted from a CRA, but another verified... and it seems to work. But I was wondering if this would work for medical collections.

I got some medical accounts deleted from 2 of the CRA's, but the third one verified. This confuses me because I know my insurance should've covered the charges. Should I send the letter to the OC that says "if you couldn't verify to one of the CRA's, you need to erase from all 3?" Or does this not apply to medical collections because there are different rules for medical collections? Please help!!

Ok, I just read on another post that I should file a FTC complaint and send it because the CRA didn't send me all the information I requested. BUT, I tried to file an FTC complaint before, but I just got a generic response. Which form should I print out and send to the CRA??

These are for medical accounts correct? Read the thread linked below to understand the reason for sending the FTC complaint and what your next step should be if you have already done that.
