SL Paid Off-TL does not say closed????

Hi All,

My student loan was paid off in March after going into default and getting told I was in a rehab program twice only to find out later the paperwork was never processed-lesson to me get it in writing, not just a phone call. I digress-here is the thing the TL has a zero balance but the condition says "Derogatory" and not "Closed", is there anything I can do about that?

A zero balance with a loan means closed. Since it is derogtory, that will stay so there is probably nothing you can do about it.
