Medical Collections(I AM NEW)

I have read over the Newbies section and still need help. I have several medical collection accounts some as old as the year 2000. I just want to disoute these and get them removed. I have already done the OPT-OUT, but I also keep seeing to delete old addresses....Where do I go to do this?? I am aware of the DV procedure, but once I do this and they do validate it, does that mean I have to pay it...or can I dispute it again??

You can call the CRA's and get it done that way or you can go online for TU and EQ but you can't dispute addresses online with EX.
