I wasnt aware about this on my credit until I view my credit report about a week ago. I have a collections on my credit for a hospital stay I had when I was a minor. My parents had to present a insurance card for me to even leave the hospital. The ambulance ride to the hospital was covered but the hospital stay went on my credit. It shows gives me the actual doctors name on my credit, not the hospitals, so im wondering if the doctor submitted this to collections. I talked to a laywer in my area about this, and he told me i have a case against her if i wanted to file a suit. Im just wondering what your thoguhts are on this?

Here it is, if you want to look at it. Sorry, its kind of hard to see.

Your copy of the report may show the Dr. name, but I am not sure that creditors are seeing the name, they may only be seeing MED1.
