After 6 straight months of validation, after sending me validation twice, after sending the BBB validation....

 

I knocked out a medical collection from 'Credit Bureau Systems' with a pre-hippa letter.

 

 

That's it. I sent a pre hippa to TU, AND EX and less than 2 weeks later - poof.

 

 

 

I gotta hand it to ya whychat. You are awesome!!

 

I would have tried this earlier, but I was having so much trouble understanding the hippa process - then finally I sat down one night determined and read and understood it. I so glad I did!!!!!

Thanks for posting this. I enjoy reading success stories.

I just sent finsihed the pre-HIPAA letters today and off to the post office tomorrow. Thansk to Whychat for all the great info and dedication in getting the info out.

I realize it's a tool and it may not work. Then I go to the next step in the process.

There are 3 paid medical collection to a CA on my husbands account. I am sending my own verision of nutcase this week. If it works I will let everyone on CB know.
