Has anyone had any luck getting 30 day, 90, or 120 day lates removed from their tradeline?

I'm in the same situation with a loan. I know you can do it with a rehabilitation, but that takes a year.

You could try paying as agreed regularly for a few months and then trying to dispute the lates. They may not verify, thus clearing the late pays.

I did, but it was only because Sallie Mae just didn't respond.

It actually hurt my score. The lates were from 3 years ago and equifax deleted almost 3 years of on-time payments for that tradeline because SM obviously didn't bother responding. So, Equifax unilaterally decided to wipe out the account.

Now there's no lates on my TL, but my history only has 6 months with Sallie Mae.
