PAID Medical CA before I found CB

Well FUDGE! I paid two Medical CA in Nov 2005 and found this site a few months after.

 

I don't seem to find a solution that applies to CA that have been paid.

 

Am I SOL or is there a method to have these two items removed from Expedian.

You may just want to try disputing them with the CRAs. If that doesn't work then you could try bugging the CAs until they tire of you........lol

It may take some persistence but it's been done.

Well, there was member on another forum who, once the debt was paid, wrote them (the CA) MANY letters and called them......almost daily. Got names and continued to talk to the same people. It went on for quite some time but he annoyed them so much they finally deleted the TL just to get him to go away. He was actually very polite........never got upset or yelled.......he just bugged the hell out of them. I have not personally tried this but thought it was actually kinda funny and it somehow worked.

I truly think that if you are persistent enough........it can be done.
