2 paid medical collections

Can some one advise me on the process to have 2 paid medical collections? They were paid in Nov pre_CB Do I use the pre-hippa process ?

If it was paid to the OC, then you can do the HIPAA process. Start out with opting out, correcting addresses and doing the medical dispute letter. Then the HIPAA letter with insert "b" would apply. But if the CA was paid then the HIPAA process would not apply.
