What should I do???

I am trying to get these medical collections removed by following whychats advise, and right now I am in the begining, which is my certified letter to the cra....i sent them off today, but the problem is, i keep getting a new medical collection added on almost EVERDAY a new one pops on my report... What do I do? Just sit back wait for my responses to the other ones and then send in these new ones? Write a letter to the CA and ask for all my accounts regardless if on credit reports or not so I know what will be added on or what ???

If your going the Whychats HIPPA route you DO NOT want to contact the CA on any medical accounts. This can disrupt the process and the HIPPA method may not work. Work with what you got then I guess do it again & again until you get the results you need. Remember don't sent 2 disputes to the CRAs within a 30 day period. This can prolong the time they have to do their thing and too many at once might label them frivolous or put a fraud alert on your reports. Wait for the results before submitting more medical disputes.
