First I'll start out by saying I have done lots of reading in the Credit Forums but haven't spent much time here (though I have read plenty). It appears as though my student loans are killing my credit. I had 2 school loans back in 97-98 when I was going to school. One for 4000 and one for 2625. Well, needless to say when I stopped going to school I ignored them and neglected, til a few years back they finally caught up to me (calling work, home, etc.). So I was able to consolidate and rehab, and have been keeping up ever since. But, the problem is that my credit reports list the loans multiple times. I guess they got transferred then transferred? Here is the list of derogs from my experian.

Installment SALLIE MAE 3RD PTY LSC XXXX Account transferred to another office Charge Off, Collection, Or Bankruptcy No More Info

Installment SALLIE MAE LSCF XXXX Account transferred to another office 180 days delinquent No More Info

Installment CALIF STUDENT AID XXXX Paid account/was a collection account, insurance claim or government claim or was terminated for default Charge Off, Collection, Or Bankruptcy No More Info

All the reports look similar. So, my question is this: Am I stuck with these for 7 years or can I get them off. Again, all of this is from 2 loans. Also, from what date is the seven years tracked from? What if there is no last activity date? Thanks for the help.
