hi,

 

i was reading this forum and saw a googlebot ad that looked interesting - www.studentloansolutions.com - they say they can help with defaulted loans - is that better than dealing with the ca that has my defaulted loan now?

 

just curious, im trying to address everythign and move on..im just nervous and scared.

Studentloansolutions is not a lender, at least what I read from their website...

Student Loan Solutions provides students and their families with information and resources

They are simply a broker. You would be better off applying directly with a lender than thru a third party.

 

 

Creditwise, you are better off rehabbing your defaults. After your 12 payments your default status is removed whereas with consolidation, everything negative remains. Also with some rehabs, the collection costs are waived.
