Well, I am officialy back on the road to recovery on my student loans. Per your advice and with the little bit of insight you gave, I am now on the rehab program at a monthly payment that I wanted/needed.

The experience started out on shaky ground as the word games started from the word "go", but in the end both sides ended on a rather friendly basis. In fact, I would recommend to anybody to talk with the CA and be cool, calm, and collected. They have a job to do, and if you know this going in, you can respect what they are trying to accomplish and they can respect where you are coming from.
