Ok, for the past two years I've been fighting with the Florida DOE to have my student loans listed correctly. They have been reported as 120+ late on EQ with some as a date of last activity of 1998 and some with 1999. After speaking to Florida DOE and calling them almost every day they updated some to pays as agreed on EQ deleted all but one off of Experian and deleted 4 off off TU. There are 9 entries total.

Now my issue is this....I want them gone once and for all....ALL of them. Six of the 9 are due to fall of of EQ in Nov. Since they are all being reported so differently all all three reports....what should my plan of action be. I do have the conformation that EX deleted them, well the results of their investigation which deleted them. Can i play a how could you verify when Experian deleted??? I'm at my wits end with this one I feel so close yet so far....these are the ONLY tradelines holding me back, they are the only negatives on my report and I NEED them off.

Anyone have any strategies or ideas?????

Have you tried disputing them with the CRAs?

MANY MANY TIMES!!!! It's been a while since I've disputed with the CRAs I'm going to try that route right now. Writing up letter on butterfly paper hand-written with green in sending it in a lavender envelope....no scanning my letter (hopefully)!!!
