Sent payment with HIPAA letters.

Oc's accepted payment and all that happened was tl was updated to paid. I sent the follow up letter and they haven't responded.

 

Now what do i do ????

You will need to file a complaint against the OC. I have the same problem with one of my OCs. The CA has multiple reporting violations. I am going to sue the CA for violations and see if they delete. My thought is why would the CA want to go through the hassle? The account is paid, they will have nothing to gain by going to court.
