It is a medical bill that I never should have had I was active Duty in the Army when I lived in this area.(AZ) I left in 1999. Why the hell did it just show up in 04? It is not like it is a ton of money or anything but isn't it out of SOL or something? I have another for a Hospital for $10.00 Same time frame and the only time I used the hospital was to deliver my son and we were there for a total of 11 hours. I never received a bill or I would have taken care of it 7 years ago (My son is going on 8)

You need to find out went the payment was first due. If it was 7 years ago then the CA is trying to re-age the account and you can go after them for this. Also if it is 7 years old it is probably past the SOL.

 

First find out on the two debts when the doctors visits were, then you can figure the SOL and 7 year reporting limits.
