? about rehab letter/agreement

I posted a couple weeks ago asking about a CA just sending a letter agreeing to a certain payment amount and not sending any official paperwork for rehab. Several of you said that was fine. I'm getting ready to send off my first payment but as I'm reading this letter, I'm actually not really sure about this. My letter to them explained my current situation and said I wanted to rehabilitate the loans but I could only pay X amount per month. The letter I got back says...

 

After careful review of your account, our client is prepared to offer you a temporary payment arrangement of $176 by the 30th of each month. These terms may be subject to review at a later date.

 

All payment arrangements are subject to review and cancellation by either the client or CA Name.

 

Below is a breakdown of each account.

Does this sound like they're agreeing to rehab? It just seems odd that they don't mention rehab at all, just a payment amount. And then the part about it being subject to cancellation by the CA??? Why would the CA be authorized to cancel a rehab agreement between me and the Dept. of Education? Opinions?

The reason for the wording is that they (both the CA and the loan holder) cannot rewrite the original terms of the promissory note. This is standard with student loans. If you follow thru with the payments, the rehab will go thru. However if you miss a payment, they can reject the temporary payment plan. When I was collecting this was standard wording for all our clients including the DOE.
