Anyone have a good sample NDA?

Just wondering if anyone has a sample NDA letter/contract/whatever that they have NEVER EVER USED (*wink*)?

 

Also, how would one address the OC signing an NDA. In other words, when they ask why would do you want us to sign this, what is my answer going to be? Obviously, I can't say "so that when I later dispute this listing you won't be able to verify it."

Well, it's a moot point for me now, but in case it helps someone else.... I have heard rumors of some people having success using non-disclosure agreements with CAs when a debt is settled so that the CA can't disclose the terms to any third party. Then, after the debt is paid, you can dispute the TL with the CRAs and the CA can't verify due to the NDA. And poof... TL gone. The NDA has a monetary amount associated with violating the agreement ($5 or $10k for example), so if they do violate, then you get compensated for the violation. I think that those who have had success don't do too much talking about them due to the fear of violating their NDA!

I think that non-disclosure agreements have as much Internet mythology surrounding them as pay-for-delete offers.

 

Has the collection agency validated the debt in question? How old is it? Where do you live? What type of debt is it?
