Was just wanting some input on if your sending out a bundle of letters at once and some are to the same creditor for different accounts, what is the best way or just different ways some of you have kept track of what card goes with what letter, etc, mainly when you get a card back but you sent three different letters to that CA, how did you know wich is wich, So far I have printed out two letters each have them organized green cards filled out on envelopes now how do i organize them as i recieve them, hope this isnt a stupid question

nope not at all

a quick way is to just take a sheet of paper

put the CMR on it (iuse the last 4 #s

put the date sent out

a quick line about what it is and to who

put the date that you get the green card back

or you could put it on computer

how's that?

On the back of the return reciept under the address of the company that you are sending it to, write the account number. This area of the return reciept is for your records of what was sent and to who. It is not a violation at all. I am a postal worker.

What I am saying if you don't understand, is in the box where you write the name, address and zip of the creditor, make sure you leave enough space along the bottom of the information to write the account number. You can write it small, but large enough for you to read..... :D
