I would like to know the best way to tackle my negative TL's. None of them are in collections. Well I have one that is through a collections agency but other than that one, I have paid them through the OC. Would I still be able to use the validation method?? and would I just send the validation letter to the OC? I tried to dispute with equifax only and they confirmed that all of the items were mine. What can I do at this point??

Also, I have just printed off my address verification letters. Should I send those off CMRR and wait for a response before I send the validation letters or can I drop them all in the mail at the same time???
