For those of you who have credit cards with BOA, how long did it take them to send you a renewal credit card? My credit card expires at the end of next month. I was just curious because I haven't seen it yet. Thanks!

Is anyone else having trouble accessing your credit card information from Bank of America tonight? I logged in and the screen told me that credit card information was unavailable while they update their systems. That always gives me chills.

What type of account is it --credit card or line of credit?

I contacted Citibank customer service and I asked if they were going to change terms in May and increase minimum payments from 1.5 to 5%. I was told that there was no record of any such change at this time.

I also would like to know if this is actually true or not. This is the only forum where this is even being reported. None of the other credit forums on the internet (myfico board, bankrate, etc.) have this information.
