hey guys, does anyone know of banks in NYC that i can open a checking account with....even though I have a check in Chexsystems? If so, please let me know. I havent tried Credit Unions because the ones i found were in Brooklyn and you have to live there i think. Thanks

Thanks for the replies to my topic!...I have been reading the transcripts to PhychDoc's seminar's....very very helpful. I am already in the process of disputing 6 of my accounts on CRA's....I asked for proof of bill and name on the account.....is that ok? i know i still have lots and lots of reading to do...but, i just wanted to get started. If they cant show proof or dont respond to the CRA's (since my disputes were all on experian) will it be automatically taken off? or will i need to do more to get it off? Thanks for all your help

Hey guys, I have had over the past 5 years problems with my credit. I am just now starting to take action, and try to fix it. I have my credit report and I have 13 neg. accounts!!!!! Of the 13 I believe 4 or 5 are in Collection. If anyone can PLEASE tell me how to get these account taken off I would greatly appreciate it! BTW...some have been closed, but still show it as negative...others are in collection or open still. Can I request doc's to prove I owe these companies money? Please help me.
