Yeah I did. But I could not quite locate what I was looking for. Thanks for the advice though.

Happy Saturday Everyone I have read that many people here have had luck with getting Discover to remove bad trade lines by going through the Executive Office. I was wandering if anyone could provide me an email or a phone number for their office. Thank you in advance!

Hi guys I emailed an attorney on this one. I am waiting to see what he says about it. Will keep you all posted. I want to know if it constitutes a violation or not.

They never sent one. Ever. Funny thing is. I only found out about it when they tossed it on my credit. I don't know if I have a case for this or not.

It was just a copy of the ATT bill in a yellow envelope. Only reason I knew it was from them was because it had their address , but NOT their name, on the outside of it.

Last week I sent a very well thought out validation letter to Enhanced Recovery. Today, all I got was an envelope with the last ATT bill in it. It has been a while since I have sent DV letters. Can someone please refresh me? Is this legal validation? thanks in advance

Thanks Tifozi I am in Arizona. I don't think there is much I can do as we don't have laws like TX unfortunately. Do you think there is still use in going after their Bonding Company? Will it do anything? Thanks

Thanks for the reply SuperGurl. Am I ok to DV them even though they have not sent me a letter? Also, should I wait to hear back on the DV before sending to the CRA's? Thanks so much!

So I have this 4 year old account from AT&T on my credit report. I contacted At&T Executive Customer Service. The background behind this service is it was established in April 2008, and used through November 2008 when I called and canceled. They are saying now that I never called and canceled but I know that I did because I remember being in a McDonald's parking lot while I did it. It is very vivid in my memory because just after I canceled the service I got a text saying a family member had passed. I never received any type of final bill or notice ever. I had a mail forward established from my old address. The guy at AT&T executive care even says he has had trouble getting final bills after he moved and empathized. When I initially spoke with them they assured me would get it taken care of and off of my credit report. Now, they have un-archived the account and realized it is sold and will not do anything for me. They say they can only call it back under certain circumstances. The AT&T guy basically recommended I drag them into court but I would not even know under what terms I would do so. Enhanced Recovery Services is the one reporting it on my credit report. I have had zero contact with them by phone or mail. I have never receive a Dunning Letter. Can someone please recommend my best course of attack to get this thing off my reports ASAP? Thank you in advance

USAA Credit Check Monitoring ending daily pulls

I was paying $12.25 a month. I called and complained and they changed it to $11.12. So let me get this straight.....I am paying less now. I think they did this just to weed out everyone from having the function and they wanted to keep good PR and customer longevity so they told their reps to just give it back to whomever calls and complains. -
Thanks for the info. Do you think by chance that if another dealer initiated a sale and it was almost identical amounts that they would most likely approve it too then? Thanks!!
