CB, Checked DNB this morning paydex has dropped from an 80 to 77 due to late payment to AT&T (Landline). I wanted to know what you guys are thinking on this should I dispute with dnb and do you think it will be a long process? I got phone service via att in feb 08 was to be 70-80$ mtly with complete choice biz so get my 1st bill its 300.00 for one phone line so they make adjustments etc end up paying 166 bucks...March 22 added dsl after a email i got changed my 24 mth contract to a 40% off contract if i did dsl and phone got that bill totaled 650.00 so att credited the account free activation (like the said) discount on modem removed lots of line by line items that i was told came with the complete choice package paid 166-180...(note all this took weeks to "research and apply to the account which caused it to be late")..so april same billing issue this point they "open a trouble ticket and investigate whats going on" never hear anything back so my may bill comes no adjustments for april so i call them up and dispute same thing "open a trouble tick" 45 mins later call from att that the Central Office that supplies a dial tone to my location was built in 1950's and cannot handle complete choice business" so now this bill is near being disconnected due to all of the delays on att's side so i go pay it when they give me a fair mthly fee i think maybe 250.00 for 2 mths...i think you get the picture so june i got fed up switched to packet 8 got out of my contract with att for dsl by switching to dsl that is 10 higher per month but i can end it at anytime....my questions are below should I dispute this or just let the score stay low? do I Call the entities dept at dnb do I need something from att or just give dnb the bills with all these adjustments mth after mth?

Ok, CB got a question..when I first got my e-update log in had ds as rating then after dnb and I did some updating it went from ds to -- stayed that way til today i called asked about it and he "completed" my file and my rating went to 1r3 is this rating important to have does it help you get approved for credit account...whats its purpose
