So I'm supposed to do a conference call with CBC Innovis and Bank of America at some point. BOA did not assess a late fee at all and they don't know why. When I have this conference call, are they going to ask BOA to send them the transaction history? Or just verbally ask if any 30 day lates?
-
Also, since BOA was included in BK and have never reported to my reports since, how will the credit supplement the underwriter is asking for show on my reports?
-
Unless I'm reading incorrectly no 30 was recorded - the issue is that the transaction date is Feb 1 instead of sometime in January. Correct. No 30 day late seems to have been reported. But when these underwriters call BOA to confirm my 12 month payments, are they going to bring this up?

They haven't been reporting to my credit record since it was included in bankruptcy. It is due on the first day of the month. I have ALWAYS paid it before the 16th which is when it would be determined late. However, this time it was paid on 2/1, as soon as I logged in to pay my bills and realized what had happened. I wasn't charged any late fee and when I call BOA they say I have no 30 day lates. However, if you pull my transaction history you can see that January's payment was made on 2/1. Then February's payment was paid on 2/4. IF they deny my loan, is there another loan program for me? Are these FHA underwriters THAT hard on someone? I have no lates on any credit cards, car payments, anything at all. I am terrified about this. That's one thing I don't understand. They can't report to my credit record since it was included in bankruptcy. I reaffirmed the loan during the bankruptcy, but they still have never reported since the BK. I am ULTRA STRESSED ABOUT THIS.

Don't even ask me how this happened! Ever since my BK in 2009, I have paid monthly on time to stay in my home. Perfect. Then, this January, I was sick with pneumonia and everything is a blur. I show on my bill spreadsheet that I paid my bills all on Jan 8. But I sent the LO (applied for FHA and supposed to close on March 16) a copy of a mortgage statement without even thinking about it showing that 2 payments were due on it. NOW - here we are, a little over a week away from closing and they are waiting for my credit supplement to update. I'm not sure how this affects my current mortgage with BOA since they do not report anything since they were included in bankruptcy. I paid my January mortgage payment on Feb. 1 and my Feb payment a couple of days later, I was so confused on how that happened. I AM FREAKING OUT. I have called BOA several times to ask them if they show me having any late payments in the last 12 months and they all said NO. BUT, if the LO asks for a copy of the transaction history, it shows my Jan payment being paid on Feb. 1. How likely is this 1 possible late payment going to kill my loan? I have great income, great history of paying on time on everything, etc. HELP! I'm sick at my stomach about it! We are packed and ready to go and already have a contract to sell the house we live in! IF it kills my loan, is there any type of recourse or ask for reconsideration since I was sick? Or, is there another loan I'd be able to go for without 20% down?

Can I get this PM also? Thanks

SM - this is the exact same thing that happened to my ex-husband. He passed away at 34 from his addiction to prescription medications. Among his favorites were OxyContin, Duragesic, Fentanyl, etc. I know what you're saying....just so you know.

2 years ago this September we bought our first home. Obviously if I do not refinance by this September, my interest rate will go sky high. I need to refinance and I would like to get cash out if possible to pay off some debt and/or rebuild my deck. I purchased my home for 195000 then. Now I could probably sell it for 210000 as the property value in my city is going up because of a new (very large) retail development. I have 2 loans, 85/15. My payment total is 1389.62. Between my husband and I, we make about 85000 per year. We have high utilization on all cc because of health conditions this past year. I do not want to have to keep refinancing every 2 years. I got on LendingTree.com and had some pre-qual offers to loan me 209500 and my payments would be approx 1307. I would have to have total cash of about 3590 for fees and payments. How likely is that to happen for us with our high DTI ratio? I have a feeling it wouldn't work out. Can someone please help me figure out what to do? I've always turned to CB for this type of stuff and you've never let me down. Thanks, Rosco

Do you think the APR will go up if I decide to go pre-owned? I'm going there tomorrow night to talk...but just new at this...curious.

Hey MarvBear - For about 3 years I have wanted a Sequoia and never tried to buy one because of my credit. Well...now my credit is good (thanks to CB! ) and I have been offered 3.9% financing for 60 months on a new Sequoia. I want it, yes...but I'm nervous about it. Can you tell me anything about the financing at Toyota? Is this a good deal? I feel like it is, but this will be my first car purchase on my own if I do go through with it. Please let me know your opinion. Thanks so much, Rosco

When I applied for PenFed, I was approved for a $10,000 visa and a $15,000 visa. I called them and moved all of the money to one card, for a total of $25,000. Today they are reporting a $25,000 limit on one card, and $15,000 on another one. Looks like I have $40,000 worth of credit available from them...! Is this good or bad? My FAKOs went up - so I'm hoping it's good! Will they keep reporting this way? My husband is an AU on the card, will they report for him? I don't see them on his reports yet. Thanks for any replies.

I had problems earlier today, but I got on this evening about an hour ago and pulled mine and my DH's reports on MCK.

Pollox, can you post your letters in this thread? PLEASE? Thanks...

Yes, I listed the violations and they have never reported as "in dispute" for me, neither. I've been doing this with them for going on a year now. I'm just about beyond my pissed off range. I'm about to draft up not a nutcase letter, but something lots worse. I've HAD it.
