yes very, but I'm sorry I posted that on here it seems as if everyine here has credit problems or have had and working on them, found a site for business loans. But hey if someone on this site does work in the lending industry and know how I can do this please help and Yes we already have talked with his bank, want to only have to use them if no others out there.

I'm in the real estate business, and on yesterday my Brother in law asked me to help him find a loan for his company. He has a 23 year old trucking company and is looking for a loan to pay off some debt and purchase new tractors and trailers. Looking for around 5.8 million anyone help guide me in the right direction. Thanks in Advance Darrell

how do I go about checking my companies file? I know how to check dnb, but how do I check others and is there a cost for doing so?

anyone know of companies or banks that do real estate lines of credit. 8 yr old company, 5yr llc, have 2 lines on dnb 1) 654000 2)375000 from mortgages that we got from hard money lenders do not know if they are reporting else were.

I put all of my properties in a land trust, really helps with suits and things like that. also has some tax advantages but you should talk with a tax advisors to see if it helps you to use land trusts for your purchases. and it also depends on your income from the properties if you get a tax break and what you can write. for me land trust works best. i buy 3-5 properties a month short sales and foreclosures. but once again check with your tax advisor.

that was my question if it was legal and if so how can it do done, will now I know that it is illegal, I will run the other way. I hope that so of you that could not answer but just said get ready to go to jail also get answers and some insight. because if I were trying to do wrong I never would haave asked if it was right or wrong to do it now that I have my answers I can move on.

centex you were right what he and some our business owns that have been in business for sometime got numbers from the 3 cra's and then ordered the software. was told that the cost of getting the 40 lines was over 20 grand for them. but they or all trade lines that they used e- oscar to back date. not looking to spend that kind of money, keep writing letters. thanks for the info centex you must be from houston

was told this have called the 3 and they said that as long as the business is registered and they can come out and do a site visit then if everything is in order they have no reason not to give the codes to you, and your right they did mention e-oscar for disputes and told me what it cost for the quaterly billing. ex right now does not have a limit on the number of reports that you report, and tu you have to have atleast 100. still waiting to see how he did his He does have a small business so maybe that is the route that he took, not looking to do wrong judst want to know it it is possible and have anothers took this route.

We have over 125 lenders that we use at the office but I'm looking for a hard money lender here in Houston tx that will lend 65-70% of the appraisal. need fast close.
