I think the 30 year one will work for her. She is giving some of the money to my husband and I so we can knock down some of our mortgage and we can get a FHA loan. She is going to the bank on Wednesday. How long does it take to close on a loan like this?

What would be the best loan for her?

Hello Everyone, I have had a tuff time paying my mortgage. I have been on time but in January I split up my payment. I sent in half on the 15th and the remainer of the mortgage payment on the 29th next day aired it and it was received on the 31st. Well the payment that was on the 31st the mortgage company said it was late. I received my mortgage statement today and it says that it was processed on the 31st. How can it be late? I have been trying to refinance and this negative tanked my scores. I am really sorry that I am rambling but I am in a very bad way about this and I do not know what to do.

Hello everyone, my next door neighbor wants to refinance. Here ficos are 669, 625, 660. She and her husband make 130000 a year. the only problem is that she was late on her mortgage 1 time 6 months ago. Is there anything out there for her? She needs a loan for 550000. Thank You.

Hello Everyone, I have 4 baddys on my report: 1) Countrywide: Late in 2006 - 1 time 2) GMAC: Late 1 time in 2001 - Do to drop off on 4/08 3) Sallie Mae: 5 times in 2005 - My husband was in a car accident and I thought we had deferred payments. 4) Wilshire - 1 time in 2007 - I refinanced and I was told that the payment was going to be wired to the mortgage company on the 30th of the month and it was not. It was mailed and it was processed on the 1st of the month and they put a late on my report. My fault I know. How do I go about tackling these baddys? I have tried for months with Sallie Mae and they will not budge. Please, any advice will be greatfull.
