Ok, it has been a few years since I had to do any repair. My hard drive crashed last year and I lost all my letters, but now I cannot even find what I am looking for! Ok letter about 3 weeks ago from NRI in arizona (ca) with the creditor listed as Medulla, inc for $899.95 and a note that says 1 Medela Breastpump and then this acct has been placed with us for collection. and then it has a section saying FREE PICKUP IN THE US asking for said pump back uhhhhh, ok. So i send a letter asking for validation and they send me back a receipt copy with my name and a date (2/6/08)written on it and a second page with my name, an address and some info that looks like serial numbers with notes scribbled on it, nothing legible just dates and times anyway, what comes next. One of the notes says "Paid Cash HE didn't sign but I have copy of HIS drivers license." I am female. I do not recall renting a breastpump at any point in the last 10 yrs. It is not on my CR, but they softed my credit i think, there was a strange medical co inquiry anyway right before I got this letter. I dont want it on my credit, obviously, but am stuck on where to go next. HELP an old pro! lol

I got my letters today as to why I was declined a CLI 3 stated the info from TU said that I had a past/current delinquency (which I do, a C/O from 07 that was there when i GOT the cards) and that was my denial reason one stated that the amount of times i made payments OVER the min. payment was why HAHAHAHAHA oh the kicker, i just pulled my TU, they didnt hard NOR soft my report....wtf? So why did they cite TU as the reason for decline? and why didnt I get an increase....ugh

I have SLs through CITI and they have never denied my request. I print them online, sign and mail in. At this point it would be faster to mail it overnight with a delivery confirmation...

well now I wonder why they hate me so bad....*sigh*

good for you frank...obviously my limits are alot lower than yours...my largest limit on ANY card i have is 1800 (belk)

I had a whole lotta dealings with them and the state wanted all my info a couple years ago...if you look at my past posts you may can find the thread. They tried to sue me...i reported them to GOCA and they wanted all my paperwork...nothing ever came of it

Beli, the 2 CLIs I got were at the 3rd statement cut I just went back and looked...They were all opened the first 2 weeks of april...so they have been open almost 8 mos! I do use the cards, I have tried making min payments, paying them off, not using them....nothing seems to make them want to CLI me!

So...in April of this year I went on a bit of a GEMB spree... Walmart 500 Belk 350 OldNavy 600 Gap 200 Amazon 600 GREAT! YAY! However, they will NOT increase my limits! In sept, my WM and Belk went to 700 and 1800 and I thought surely the rest would follow...but...no. I even tried asking for a CLI online...nope. I cant even use the Gap card the dang limit is so low! The only negs on my TU are a 30 day late pmt from 2008 for a now closed card and a 2007 $300 charge off from hsbc. They were both there when i got approved. Nothing on my report has changed since April. ugh....*bangs head*

I applied for a Cap 1 card earlier this week...didnt get the usual instant decline instead it said it was being reviewed. I called today the 1-800-955-7070 number and the woman asked me to verify my SSN DOB and Address and said that was all they needed and I would get a letter telling me to call and do that but to disregard it since I already had, but she couldn't tell me approved or denied. I googled and found this number 1-888-757-3344 and tried it, and the automated system said my app was processing and I would get a letter. Denied? I hope not, I need a visa/MC and have too many inqs for anyone else to approve me B* isnt working since I get chopped. So I dropped all my daily pullers, I B*d off all my TU inqs except 7, but I am still using USAA and bumping those, just slowly... any hope that it is an approval?
