I am attempting to pay down credit cards and increase my fico scores. I broke down today and ordered them on myfico. They're not terrible...EQ 660, EX 646 and TU 645. I have a ch13 that is due to come off next year and I know the last time I checked my scores, that it showed when things were going to be removed. Does myfico not show this anymore? Or am I just looking at the wrong pages? TIA

No...at least not on credit karma. No collections, no lates, it says my mortgage is still in a payment plan, which of course it isn't! We weren't late on that, we just kept paying it during our bk. No lates in years!!! I just don't get it!

yes it was. scores were 300 to 850 and I (the wife) used to have a card. It went delinquent but I settled for less than actual balance in 2009. sorry, didn't notice the name of score

DH and I filed a ch13 in 2012. We paid this in full June of 2015. Cleaning reports and getting new credit but husband was denied because of late payments in last 12 months!? What the heck? I haven't been late on anything in over 5 years!!! I have credit karma (which isn't real reliable) but I have no idea what they are talking about! They said his score is 439! Wow!! This was TU...what do I do now?

Googled judgements in MN and one of DH and 4 of mine are off public record but we both have one left...should I be concerned or wait and see if they come off too?

DH and I filed ch13 3 years ago...we are now discharged and closed. We have 7 judgements (one is paid) between the 2 of us. I paid my atty to get these vacated and am currently waiting to hear back. I believe it's a 20 day wait. Anyway, after they're vacated...how do I get them removed from our credit reports? I have searched and searched and have found nothing definitive! Also, will this have a positive impact on our credit scores right away? TIA

I was wondering the same thing! I'll be done with my ch13 in May 2015 and all my baddies fall off that same year. My attorney will be helping with the judgements and I'll have 4 years of bk reporting. Score on creditkarma right now says 564...

Thank you so much!! Mom's TU is 700 but the others are only in the 600's. She's trying to get a nicer place to rent and thinks her credit is holding her back!!

One at a time?

If something's included in BK, and your report says it's due to fall off in 2015 but your BK has 2 more years. Will the debt still fall off or will it stay because of the BK?

She filed BK more than 10 years ago but still has negative entries on her report. Looking through the sample letters, I can't find one that states how to get things deleted that should have fallen off at the 7 year mark! Also,shouldn't her BK have fallen off already too? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
