Just recently spoke with a local mortgage broker and was told that origination fee for us (21 months post BK) is between 1.5 - 2.5% but they would try to negotiate it down to 1.25. How true is it that origination fee can be that high when you're post BK? Is that fee negotiable? How about the other fees such as Lender Fees - is that negotiable as well? We were told it's about $800. There is also a mortgage broker fee of $500. Are these normal additional fees for sub-prime?

I am relocating to another State and plan on removing the old address associated to the BK7... What is the chance of getting baddie removed when disputed?...Specifically a BK7 in EX and TU...
-
What can it do and who usually does it?
-
i just realized that this may have been caused by my FA in my reports... i hope i don't get the stupid frivolous letter over some addresses...

submitted a dispute online over the weekend after not having done so in 2 or 3 months and i got the following message... Re: Internet Dispute Request The dispute request you sent us via the TransUnion online dispute feature will require manual processing. We will investigate your dispute and return our response via U.S. postal mail. Internet delivery of the dispute resolution is not available for this request. does that mean i'm in special handling? i disputed my BK and couple old addresses that they deleted before and now they put back.

they told my mom the same thing about her credit report...while i am hoping that they screw up with my mom's (lol!) by not putting back the file again... cuz she can always build a new one but the rep said it's not completely gone, it's just some codes (whatever) that needed to be fixed.

how many lawsuits they've lost that have actually made them better their service and more compliant with the law?... i don't believe this will make them any better...they don't serve the consumers...they serve the businesses.

some trolls indeed! LOL, there was one person here a while back who cut straight to the chase against a CA, Needless to say that CA was deleting every single account they we're DV'd And some people told the person they were too harsh on the CA and should of given them some warning or a change, seriously. Makes me really truly wonder how many trolls are here incognito.

so for people that actually sue -- do they send an ITS first or not really? just proceed with lawsuit right away?
