We had a bk in 3/04 discharged, too many inquiries and collection accounts. How old are the collection accounts and were after the discharge of the BK? fla-tan One was a medical collection which was 1 year ago, that is paid, the other is over 24 months. Yes after bk discharged.

Based on the information as presented I would probably suggest either A a no ratio type of loan using just the co-buyer or B running the loan through a lender that will avg all 6 scores. Because you make more money you I would have to be on the loan because it's a tract home and the co-buyer is out of state. I just hope that the lending company (CTX mortgage) will prequalify us.

All my income is verifiable, I have 3 pos tl not including my SL.

I am trying to get into a home. The purchase price is 241K. I make about 70k a year, my co-buyer makes about 50k. My scores are Eq 560 Tu 550 and Ex 580, I have 2 baddies on my reports. My co-buyer is well above the 700's on all. Will I be able to qualify for 100% I/O loan?

Me and my hubby are looking to getting a trac home. Prices in our areas range from 250-300k. Our problem: Our credit scores run now from 590-640. We have a bk 7 discharged in march 2003. Our total combined income before taxes is 65000. We don't have much saved for a down payment but what are the chances of us qualifying for trac home financing with as little down as possible. Right now we are paying about 1000 in renting a town home and want to really get into a house by the end of this year at the least, what are our options and what do you guys recommend? Thanks

I disputed with TU and EXP and got some baddies removed but when I tried again, they said it was verified and already disputed and so I couldn't dispute anymore. How long before I can dispute again, any suggestions or comments will help.

I live in Ca. Me and my hubby have gone to a dealership and we were looking at a 21900 car, brand new, the apr was about 18%, they said they would approve us with 10 % down. (this was immediately after our bk) We eventually went home talked about it, inquired on insurance and figure it was too way out of what we were willing to pay.

opps another thing i forgot, we had bad credit from the past because me and my husband were both in sales and our monthly income was not stable so the credit obligations that we had we weren't able to fulfill, now we are in a much better situation income wise and the bk helped wipe out all debts that we had and much wiser with the c/c's also.
