Once again I have found out more info from credit boards than anywhere else. I tried to set up my husband's loan with BOA using the main website. I finanly read here that I needed to go to the one for "cwcusotmers". There was the info although, but there was no homeowners ins info or escrow. I know our taxes are due in November..so I hope that money shows up from TBW to BOA.

So if I had a FHA loan with TB & W that is Ginnie Mae which is now handled by BAC? I did go to the FHA website and saw the info that is listed above. I called BOA and wasnt in their system yet.

I think I will try bill matrix too..to show that I at least attempted and it was rejected.

I am locked out of the website and cant make payments there. I will try through bill matrix and see if that works. If not then I will contact TBW and BOA; I wonder if I just mail it it...will they return it? forward it? Did you call the BOA customer service number?

There is a questions and answers on the fha.gov website. They say to continue to send payments to TBW and then we should get a letter from BOA. I guess I will have to mail it in because I cant get on the website.

I was able to log on one way but I have a FHA loan and now it says that my loan is currently restricted???? Then I tried to go in through the monthly bill I receive by email and couldnt.

We made a mortgage payment last week and the money was taken from our account. I cant log into the website now. Should we be getting a letter about who will be servicing the loan now?
