  1. I have removed all negative accounts from my reports so far except two,LVNV and HSBC. I'm pretty sure LVNV will be removed but HSBC has been a pain in the a%%.
  2. It wasn't a loan.I opened a small business account and i will be buying alot of equipment online with the account. When i asked about the check card to use for such purposes she told me i could only use $500 a day for new customers.I wanted more so she had to check my credit score to authorize the increase.
  3. I was curious and checked my Fico score for the first time today and it was 604.That Fico score was also reported from Transunion.
  4. I've been working on LVNV for a month now.You shouldve seen the attempt at validation! It was a letter that said one of the managers of the CA knew about the account and verified it. lmao! What letter or letters did you send that broke the camels back?
  5. The account is the original creditor HSBC from 1997 Rooms To Go They have sold the account its on my CR's fom both the OC and the CA. Unpaid collection then? Have you DV'd the CA? HSBC shows as a charge off. Yes i DV'd the CA and they haven't responded yet. I sent the letter March 3rd. Work on the CA for now. You'll catch them on something, I'll bet. What about the OC? Do i need another letter to dispute the DOLA? You wouldn't dispute the DOLA with the OC. The DOLA is a date that the CRA reports, based on recent changes to the account in question. (Recent payment, delinquency, dispute, etc...) What should be my next step for the OC be?

  9. I sent letter # 1 to the OC and the sent a copy of the original credit application from 1997 with my signature. The application also shows the original account number. Now what? I'm not positive but i do believe the reporting dates are inacurate. Can someone please point me in the direction of my next letter? I sent this version of Sassy's letter #1 : Here's a letter #1 for the OC, disputing the reporting and requesting documentation: RE: Account # CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED # Dear creditor, You are inaccurately and incompletely furnishing information regarding the above-referenced account to the CRA's in violation of the reporting requirements of the FCRA, Section 623, Responsibilities of Furnishers of Information, and for which you are responsible. I dispute your information in its entirety and request evidentiary documentation that substantiates the information you have furnished and its reporting. Should you not be able or willing to provide me with the substantiating documentation as verification to cure this violation, within the next xx days, please have the information deleted from each of the CRA's you initially furnished it to or, alternatively, do not respond to the next dispute that I initiate through the CRA's *******(or instead of the last sentence above: I will have no recourse but to consider legal action as a resolution) Nelson v Chase Manhattan, 2002 provides a cause of action for individuals against furnishers of information. Sincerely
  10. I never had any plans of going to court.
  11. $100.00 to the Charity of your choice if you show me where in the FDCPA that they have to validate in 30 days? Why don't you try posting something helpful or just not post at all instead of the circle jerk bs. Why don't YOU remember that WE are here trying to help your lazy A$$ Next time do your own homework if you don't want any comments. That post wasn't directed at you but if its someone who is not willing to help then why reply at all? BTW..... my lazy a## has been reading now for atleast 6-7 hrs over the past few weeks so stfu! It doesn't matter WHO your post was directed at. YOU don't show up asking for help then shoot someone down because they didn't do your homework to your satisfaction. 6-7 hours of reading WHO HOO How long do you think WE have have reading? LOL .....Try stepping down from your(in your mind) "God like status" and get a grip. I would just suggest not replying to my threads if your not going to be of any help. Thanks.

  14. Since the CA didn't validate in the 30 day time period can't i go ahead and fire off a letter to the CRA's demanding deletion?
