  1. I will do that step then, Thank you.
  2. Ok but I should try for PFD correct? so they will take it off our credit hopefully
  3. Still have had no luck getting this removed from Experian Is it still on Ex?? What was your response from Ex?? DO NOT send the CA anything. If it is deleted from both reports that is the end of it, it can NOT be reinserted. What was the date of the medical service(s)?? If you followed all the initial steps: http://www.whychat.5.../GUIDEBOOK.html And you have a medical account that was not deleted with the initial dispute letter, then the next step is the medical DV http://www.whychat.5...cavalhipaa.html and then the follow up dispute to the CRA(s) http://www.whychat.5...aa.html#DISPUTE
  4. Ok here is my question, OC was AT&T landline, and now AFNI (Anderson Financial Network has just showed up on credit report for a $92. payment they say I owe to AT&T. I have talked to AT&T and they state I do still owe this. So should I do a DV letter to AFNI? or should I just send a PFD letter? Any suggestions welcome. thanks

  6. Ok I did the 1-2 punch, after the 30 days the CA sent me a letter stating what the bill was for, but like a day later TU send me a letter stating that they had deleted this from my report. So it is deleted off TU, but I have not heard anything from EX it has been 60 days, But it is still reporting in EX report, it says disputed. So question is what do I do now? Do I send Ex a second letter? do I tell them TU deleted? and the CA calls but I don't answer.. Thanks

  11. "Bump" I went back to the start of your post. Because you started with a DV to the CA instead of an initial dispute to the CRAs, I got thrown off the track of your problem. If you have moved since the date of the medical services for the accounts you are disputing it would have been a good idea to try to get your old addresses deleted before you started disputing, however since you have already gone this far, it may be too late to do so. HOWEVER since you have not yet apparently sent ANY dispute to any CRA, it is worth while ( If you HAVE moved) to try to get the old addresses deleted BEFORE you send anything to any CRA. To do this you need to send a handwritten letter to each CRA asking them to delete INVALID addresses, (list them) You need to include proof of your ID and correct current address, a copy of your drivers license and SS card and an original recent utility bill. If you have NOT moved since the date of medical services, then you can skip the address deletion and simply send the initial dispute letter to each CRA . It is ONLY the initial dispute letter and ONLY to a CRA that you use a font and background paper to bypass the automated scanning systems. http://whychat.5u.com/hipaadisp.html List ALL medical accounts as they appear on the report you are disputing.
  12. Ok so here goes the CA sent me the letter stating they had not had enough time to investigate, I sent off the letters to the two CRA's that were reporting it, Then I get a letter from TU stating they deleted both charges, a few days later I get a letter from the CA with some charges with insurance ect. stating I owe this and offer to settle,...So do not know what the next step should be. should I send the CA a PDFD letter? or not worry about it due to it being deleted? it can come back again right? Help. Thanks I went back to the start of your post. Because you started with a DV to the CA instead of an initial dispute to the CRAs, I got thrown off the track of your problem. 14. Ok here is where I stand now, the first letter I sent to CA. got Green card on 6/18, then got the letter 6/20 stating they had not had enough time to investigate. The I sent the letter's to the CRA's on 7/6/12, Now with the one to CA being 30 days as of tomorrow, (have heard nothing back from the CRA's yet) What is my next step? Can I send a letter to the CA and demand them to remove it sense it's been 30 days, or do I have to wait 45 days because they sent the letter? They are both listed as customer disputed reported by subscriber. So next step please and thank you, Two of the CRA's the score went up and one it went down..go figure. Scores in June. TU= 549, Ex= 529, EQ=578 July TU=566, Ex=555, EQ=573 I went back to the start of your post. 15. Yes I will get old address deleted, I need to send the medical letter now as I have already disputed with CA, got green card back 6/18/12 and then 6/14/12 got there letter stating they have not had enough time to investigate. So today I will mail to the CRA's. That's what you said to do. And then once all this gets done on the Medical, I will work on address and then start the baddies.
