  1. Both are good cards, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't want both, but if I had to choose, it'll be the BCE. I currently have the Zync and I'm going to use it for 2 years and apply for Blue Sky probably since I already have a Freedom.
  2. I'd also like to know, if you don't mind me asking. What was your total credit limit, number of accounts and AAOA when you were approved for your Zync card? Thanks
  3. I like having both, it makes it easier to access an ATM when you're out. If that matters to you.. those ATM charges can add up really quickly. I used to go out a lot and finding a Co-op ATM can be a pain in butt sometimes and California seems to have more Bank of Americas thank gas stations in some parts of town.
  4. Hi guys! First post here, and I've been browsing around. I find most of the stuff I just don't quite understand yet because I'm new to credit. That said, I currently have just a Capital One Journey since 12/2010 and a credit limit of $750 and looking to expand on that. I looked all over the internet and haven't found anyone with a high limit than $750 and on another blog post I it was said that the limit is actually indeed $750. That said, my Experian credit score is somehow at 770 on the letter AMEX sent me when I was denied their card. I have no idea why it's that high or how it got that high. Maybe it was typo generated by the machine that prints the paper and it's really supposed to be 670. I don't know.. I looked all around the internet for another card to apply to but I find that my situation is rare. I don't really have the "excellent" credit history because I have a lack of history and I have an extremely low limit. So, my question is -- what steps should I take at getting a new card? Should I wait longer? I keep getting Chase Freedom $150 cash back pre approved letters, but for whatever reason, I think I'm going to get denied anyways. So I held back on that. Thank you for taking your time to read this!
