Average time for foreclosure proceedings in Florida is something over 500 days ESPECIALLY if there is a tenant. Even once there is a sale date (which is easily canceled) and the house is sold and paid for you STILL have time to comfortably move out.
I couldn't imagine asking a landlord if the own the place, have a mortgage, what their interest rate, etc is, so I don't see how a foreclosure has anything to do with it that's between the landlord and whomever else is involved. I think you will be fine.
