  1. Average time for foreclosure proceedings in Florida is something over 500 days ESPECIALLY if there is a tenant. Even once there is a sale date (which is easily canceled) and the house is sold and paid for you STILL have time to comfortably move out. I couldn't imagine asking a landlord if the own the place, have a mortgage, what their interest rate, etc is, so I don't see how a foreclosure has anything to do with it that's between the landlord and whomever else is involved. I think you will be fine.
  2. I am getting sick and tired of this crap that debit collectors do. Long story short I have a mailbox at a non-USPS location. I have my phone bill sent there and that happens to be the address published in the phone book for my number. I have no intentions of changing it and quite frankly it shouldn’t matter. Debit collectors then cross reference the street address WITHOUT the PMB number and WITHOUT the persons name and I show up so they call me. Some of them are deterred by the "this call may be monitored or recorded" before my phone starts ringing, but most aren't. My phone number is listed in the national do not call list for quite some time. Today I had an unusual number of calls on my caller ID and I called them back and told them wrong number put me on your do not call list. They gave me the typical "we don't have a do not call list" BS. Now the same people just called me back! With an autodialer (we have an important message, please hold. We have an important message, please hold) and I again told them to put me on their do not call list. At what point can I start suing these people for FCRA and DNC violations? They called me at 2010-09-01 16:59:53, I called them back at 2010-09-02 01:47:16 and they called me again at 2010-09-02 02:17:18 (all times GMT)
