  1. I had NCO on my reports, also for ATT, and was able to get rid of them pretty easily. I paid ATT directly, then used the 1-2 Punch. NCO deleted in 2 weeks.
  2. The tradeline came off all my reports a few days ago. While I didn't follow the procedure exactly (in the future, if necessary, I will), the advice I did use worked perfectly. Big thanks to WhyChat!
  3. I may have left a few out in my recap. This issue seems to have been resolved to my satisfaction after all. I received a response today from the OC that they will instruct the CA to delete the account "since it's paid and under $200." Whatever. As long as it's deleted, I'm happy. Thanks for the quick reply and all your efforts. If there's a next time, I'll be sure to follow the procedures from the beginning.
  4. Here's my scenario: Medical bill from 7/2004. CA reporting on EX/EQ. Paid OC by credit card over the phone on 10/2/09. I have already opted out/deleted old addresses. I also disputed this as "do not recognize" earlier in the year and DV'd the CA before finding the HIPAA process. Since that time, I have sent the HIPAA letters (including follow-up) to the OC and now to the CRA's. The bill is still showing unpaid on EQ. If I receive the responses from the CRA's with no deletion, do I move on to the complaint process with the FTC/BBB/AG? One final thought/question: This bill is for medical care my wife received, not me. It's possible I signed the paperwork, because she probably wasn't able. She has since passed away. Can they report this on my credit reports? Thanks for all your help!
