Looks like we're in the same boat..

Sallie Mae is under no obligation to change your TL. From what I hear, nothing makes them budge unless it was their error.

Actually, I just checked PG from today and about a month ago (when my score was 546), and when I realized my score had shot up to 649, I perused the Eq TL's. The lates on my SM's are all gone! :dntknw: I have 3 TL's (all current), and of those 3, I had 4-90's and 3-120's. Now, there is no lates anywhere on my Eq. I know I disputed SM lates as "never late", but I am not sure if I did this with all of the CRA's.

I just had success with 6 of the 8 SLs I disputed on EQ. They were changed to "Transferred/Never Late" or "Paid/Never Late" I am about 3 months into rehab and was surprised to see the change. Sallie Mae was a bear before. They wouldn't budge. Now something is working in my favor.

Should I consider rehab? I don't think I am eligible because I am not "technically" in default.

Any oter suggestions for disputing lates with Sallie Mae SL's?

I had some, but not all, of the lates removed from my TU SM SL's.

You're right, though, the EQ lates, even on Sallie Mae, fell off quite easily.
