Well, I'm trying to get on track with paying my student loans. My federal have been consolidated, and are being paid.

But I have close to $15,000 in private loans, operated on by 2 agencies.

Universal Fidelity Corp holds 2 for just over $5000, private loans from Wells Fargo

Diversified Collection Services holds one for just under $10000 from SLFC

I've been told by both that I have NO options but to repay in full, now, or face litigation. Is this true? They don't seem to care that I want to start paying. They don't even want money down, they just want it all now, or nothing.

Do I have no other options? I'm willing to make payment, I'm trying to do the right thing, but no one seems to care about that. SLFC said they MIGHT be able to work something out, and I've left a message. Wells Fargo said it's not in their hands any more at all.

So, what can I do? Anything?
