CA received limited C&D but still calling.....

I sent them a limited C&D months ago and now they started calling again and again leaving messages....

 

I'd like to hear what others have done or would do in this case.

I'm sure I have them on that violation but what should I do know by using this to my advantage. The OC is reporting but they always tell me to deal with the CA..

I've been reading and reading trying to find suitable answers...

Now I'm wondering, the OC is the one reporting the account - Should I not deal with the CA and let them keep racking up violations until they report? and then try to settle using all the violations to my advantage? Meanwhile, I'll try to remove the OC listing.

I like your strategy but have two cents to add. Can you afford to have a Collection account appear? It may not be an easy task to get rid of them(at the same time there are several CA's that never bother to report unless its a significant debt) even with a long list of violations for bargaining room. Why wait for them to report, If you can nail them now?
