In regards to those showing 120+days or more than 4 months past due on student loans that have been rehabbed.

I have been having a HE/said She/said on going battle with the Ombudsman. The lady at the Ombudsman has been taking Sallie Mae and TGSL's word of how they are to be reported. I faxed them my credit reports and a screen shot from my FICO showing the 120+days late blah blah blah on my status/rate column, proving to them that the Status block is for current info and not history. I guess I finally got through to MOTHER EARTH because all of a sudden Sallie Mae and TGSL are saying they are reported incorrectly and she said it would be in my favor. You have to show them you know what is right and what is wrong and you aren't going to give up and then all of a sudden they see it your way... bunch of crooks. I will update when I get resolution.
