Charge off deletion date vs. collection agency deletion date.

I wanted to clarify something I read. I am looking at my TU report and it says my chargeoff will removed on or around 11/2012. The Midland collection account says it will fall off on or around 10/2013. Aren't they supposed to be the same date? I am disputing this account for several reasons (as you can see below), but on the off chance I can't get it deleted before then, I would really like to know when it should fall off.
