Credit card hardship programs

Does anyone know of lender actively offer Credit card hardship programs where the lower the rate or minimum payment for a period of time. I Google this and got vague and mostly old info.

I would like to hear from anyone with current info.

Specifically looking for:
Chase
Capital One
Chase

I am not looking for a "single payment" but it trashes your credit program.
