How to get lates removed

Hi all, my SLs were deferred due to BK and when I got my CR after discharged it stated my private student loans were deferred till Nov 2010. I get an alert from the CRAs that I have lates, I go look and lo and behold it shows me 60 days late. I talked to Sallie Mae yesterday and they give me some mumbo jumbo about it applying to the time period before I filed BK but my report says I'm 60 days late as of this Jul. How can I get this fixed? I am just starting my credit re-establishment journey from the BK and have these lates is killing me B) .
