I have a student loan that appears to have some wrong information. It has been "reported since 95" with a "last report of 01" which is what I believe is incorrect.

 

My loan was taken/purchased by USA Funds, but when I called both (USA/ACS-Citibank) to get information on history, they claimed to have nothing. They couldn't pull any history, information, nothing!

 

This is my question........since they don't seem to have a record for me, can I send a it's not mine to the CRA or do a DV to them in hopes they'll remove these items.
