Bank of America business card

I received a notice from BofA concerning my business credit card. The notice says that within the next few weeks, my cash line which is now 100% of the card limit will be reduced to 20%. The bank cites economic conditions as the reason. I've never used the card for cash advances but did use it for a balance transfer a few years ago.
