Looks like those laws are extreme circumstances. None of them say what I'd like them to say..."You may be eligible for a discharge if you are the sole provider for your 3 children, get no child support from their dead beat father who is addicted to Oxycontin and you do not request help from your state or government!"

 

Anyway...that is good information, but I certainly do not qualify for any of those things.
