Sallie Mae Loans Moved To ACS - Sallie Mae Has Lates I Would Like Removed..How?

i had some student loans from Sallie Mae.

a couple of years ago they were sold & are now being serviced by ACS....I have been pretty good about paying them with ACS.

 

my credit reports show all 4 Sallie Mae loans and each one is listed as "120 days late" from 12/04 to 4/05 (no excuse, but i was getting a divorce)

so basically i have 4 negative Sallie Mae accounts being reported as "120 days late" with the last "120 days late" reported in April 2005.

 

 

what can i do about getting these "120 days late" removed?

i heard GW's are tough with Sallie Mae

what has worked for people on here?

 

i am sure this question has been asked so many times & i have read other posts, but i am still confused about what is the right way of getting them off.

GL with trying to remove lates from SM . They rarely ever will remove a late since by policy they are told not to.

that is what i was afraid of!

 

should i try to dispute the lines all together and try to get therm removed since i am no longer with them?
