Help explain reporting pls

Im soooo confused. I called Nelnet and College Assist trying to get info on who came first and why I have all of these reporting. They all have the same address and phone number.

Each loan company has 7 entries for every one of my small loans. The USDOE is everything all wrapped up nicely.

 

Can someone please look at these and let me know if they are reporting correctly and if/when they will fall off?
