My credit has been taking a hit lately. I owe about $7000 and have one 30 day late reporting that was very recent. My utilization is near 100%. I am taking steps to reduce that. I'm moving home (not just because of this), etc.

Will I still qualify for a student loan? Is the criteria different? I know I wouldn't have a chance right now with any kind of consumer loan.
